Flurys is one of my favourite place since my childhood. I am regular customer there, however I have to say I am really disappointed with their services recently. For example,I have ordered my favourite brownie but there times I saw hair in it. I have asked to change , the next brownie they gave also had hair. I didn't expect this. . Even the chicken Patti's was tasteless and filled with Black pepper. They hardly check it. Though the manager which I have called was customer centric, but they have to change their taste and the service both. The pastry was so sweet that we couldn't have it. Overall the experience is not up to the mark. Please work on the feedback Thank you

I am horrified to learn that the guy behind this counter shamed someone for spending only Rs 90 on a donut. First mocked the customer by adding that she’s only bought one donut and then on being given a rs 500 note , said he cannot give change since the customer had spent only Rs90. Asked her to instead use google pay . She had to speak to the manager to intervene . What disgusting behaviour . Never going to a Flurry’s ever .
