I am really disappointed with the service from FlowerAura. They ruined my birthday surprise by not delivering on time. The cake I ordered, which I had specifically chosen based on the picture, was completely different from what I received. It was of very poor quality, and it was nothing like what I expected. Also, they never deliver orders on time. If you want to place an order for the next day, you have to order at least 4 days in advance; they do not deliver on the same day. Very unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend them for any special occasions.
