I stumbled upon this store on google maps. After reading positive reviews, I thought to give local business a chance. I was wrong to choose this business. I placed the order 2 days in advance via WhatsApp from a different city. I specifically told them no for red roses and that’s exactly what they delivered. When I raised the issue, they lied that the orders got swapped. The cake was correct, how is it possible to mistake only half of the order? Moreover, the red roses were in such bad condition, that the very next day they had worms in them. It’s not right to fool someone just because they have no proper visibility or access of the product.

I've been using various e-commerce websites like fnp, igp to send flowers to my loved ones on their special days, but I was never truly satisfied with the freshness of the flowers and the delivery delays, not to mention the lack of follow-up. It was quite annoying and often left me disappointed. However, this time I decided to try something different and contacted a local florist in Lucknow called Flower Valley to deliver a special 42-rose bouquet to my soul sister. And let me tell you, Flower Valley not only delivered as promised, but the quality of the flowers was also exceptionally fresh, making the occasion truly special. I want to express my gratitude to Flower Valley for their excellent service. The flowers were delivered on time, and the freshness was evident. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Flower Valley has definitely won my trust, and I will be reaching out to them again for any flower deliveries in Lucknow in the future. Thank you !! Keep it up
