I am extremely angry and disappointed with the order delivered to me today. I had very clearly ordered vegetarian food, yet I was sent non-vegetarian items instead. This is not a minor error. For many of us, vegetarian food is a matter of personal belief and values. Such a careless mistake is absolutely unacceptable and reflects a serious lapse in your quality checks and service standards. Because of your negligence: The entire order had to be discarded. My time and money have been completely wasted. I have been put in an extremely uncomfortable and upsetting situation. I demand an immediate 100% refund of the full order amount. This is non-negotiable. I also expect a clear explanation of how such a basic and serious mistake occurred. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further and reconsider using your service again. I expect urgent action and confirmation of my full refund at the earliest.

Very bad experience. The plates, bowls, spoon etc were not clean. The food was all cold and seemed like on the table for quite a few days. In starters, the Lotus Stem was very soggy like reheated n number of times, paneer was okayand corn tart was best among all. Main course was absolute disaster. None of the Indian main course dishes nor the Chinese items had any taste. Absolutely felt as if it was prepared days ago. Only the desserts tasted good except the pastry. On top of this, the servers were not even attentive to instructions not was the manager. He had infact had an argument with someone outside and was continuously hurling slangs coming inside the restaurant. Recommendation: I would never ever go back to Fleur nor advise anyone. Can't imagine it being a Marriot franchisee.
