Had one of the worst buffet experiences at Flechazo Gold, Gachibowli. The service was extremely poor, and the attitude of the staff was disappointing. Many of the food items mentioned on the menu were not served to us. We started our dinner around 7:30 PM, but the chicken tikka was served only after 8:45 PM, and that too after we repeatedly asked for it. Around 8:00 PM, the staff told us that they had already served all the starters. Only when we rechecked the menu did we realize that chicken tikka was included and had never been served to us. The prawn cutlet was mostly flour and did not seem properly cooked. For some items, the staff gave excuses about issues with the masala and said they had not served them to others in the group either. What was particularly frustrating was that the staff seemed more interested in taking orders for soft drinks and other items that cost extra, while failing to properly serve the food that was actually included in the buffet. Overall, the menu felt very limited, and the entire experience did not feel like a proper buffet at all. The poor service, missing items, long delays, and attitude of the staff made it one of the worst buffet experiences I have had. To make matters worse, despite such extremely poor service, they still added a service charge to our bill. We had to specifically ask them to remove it, which they eventually did. Considering the quality of service we received, adding a service charge in the first place was extremely disappointing. Definitely not the experience we expected, and I would not recommend this place based on our visit.
