Yes... the answer to all those people is to try out their: stuffed dal baati and dry fruit churma.
For any dal baati lover, the basic element to judge is the quality, softness of baati and amount of ghee(in preparation). The Flavours of Rajasthan's stuffed baati aces on all the three factors. In this baati potato stuffing is something unique and gives you mouthwatering taste of the dish. .
Usually, baati is heavy to digest and one can eat 1-2 baati , but their baati is very soft and easy to digest so that 'no one can eat just one'. That defines perfectly the quality of products and ample amount of ghee they is used while cooking. .
Their dry fruit churma is pretty amazing. If you talk about traditional Rajasthani churma they used to it with dal but here I found in Gujarat many people treat it as sweet dish and eat as dessert, but one should try it out with daal...it also tastes pretty amazing.
Lastly, all I can say if you want something different in dal baati, this is the place for you. They don't have done in area..u can order from zomato or Swiggy only.
Pro tip: Tell owner by call or via instructions on Zomato/Swiggy to make dal bit spicy and full of tadka, because sometimes I found lentils/daal not spicy at all and bit blend!!!
