order delivered after 2 hours instead of showing just 60 minutes while ordering

sir you knew what had happened the orders were exchanged by mistake and we told you about it before the delivery of the item. and you asked us to send the correct order again we had to call the delivery partner again. we made your order again and delivered it to you which took two hours in total we also asked you if you want the refund we would've given it to you but you refused and asked for the right order and we did as you told us.you kachoris must have came hot and you didn't mentioned anything about the taste of the food you got sir.we are really sorry for the inconveniences caused to you sir.
