This was the worst buffet I had till now. They are not serving all the items mentioned in the menu. They served the pizzas after we asked them to do it multiple times. That too, only 3 types of pizzas were served. After 2 hours and a lot of arguments they served 2 more types of pizzas, they mentioned that 10 types of pizzas would be served. I think they are serving dried prawns in the starter. That was the worst dish with a bad smell. The staff was very rude. They are not answering properly. Only 1 person is serving in the restaurant. Each and every time, for each and everything we need to ask them and to follow-up. They are not refilling properly. Very few items tasted good. To my surprise no one is questioning them. Many of the items in the buffet were not served even after 1 pm. Before, the menu included multiple items at the rate of ₹500 but now they increased the price and removed so many items. We called the staff a day before visiting the place and asked them to share the menu with us. They shared the previous menu and when we went to the buffet they told us that the items we asked for had been removed. If we had been informed beforehand we never would have visited. All the videos and pics seemed fake. It was pretty rundown with few acs working. The food spread on buffet menu seemed good, but when we went there there was nothing or just 2 -3 bits which was kept on warmers. It was stale. We were told that this was for display only and whatever we wanted to eat they would prepare fresh. The waiting time was too long and they kept mixing old and new food. I had high hopes for Flavour Fusion, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The food was disappointing — not only did it taste bad, but it was also served extremely late. On top of that, the hygiene was concerning, which made me feel uneasy throughout the visit. Given the quality of food and service, I feel like I wasted my money. I won’t be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.
