Ordered foods via delivery partners always come with leakage . Both delivery person and restaurant plays blame game upon each other but its the mistake of both & more of the restaurant who have zero accountability. Packing is way below standards Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

*Disappointing Experience at Flaves Hotel, Ranchi Dhurwa* I'm really disappointed to write this review as I had such a great experience at Flabs Hotel, Ranchi previously. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a total letdown. - *Food Quality*: The food was a major disappointment. The taste was off, and it didn't match the quality I expected. - *Service*: The staff were not supportive or helpful. It felt like they weren't bothered about the customer experience. - *Hygiene*: Given the price, the hygiene standards were poor. - *Ambience*: The overall ambience was lacking, didn't feel welcoming. Overall, Flabs Hotel, Ranchi hasn't lived up to its previous standards. Not recommended at this point. Hope they work on improving soon .
