I visited their shop and purchased noodles and chaap, but they gave me the wrong bill for paneer tikka and fried fish chaap. I called them and informed them about the mistake, saying that I had taken noodles and tandoori chaap. Instead of resolving it politely, the person responded with an attitude, asking me to check the prices and implying that I might be trying to pay less. I didn’t argue and hung up. Later, I called again and asked about their online prices since the billed amount seemed higher. He rudely said, “Ma’am, you can’t afford the online prices.” I asked him what the online prices were, and he said chaap was ₹110 and noodles were ₹150. I pointed out that they had charged me ₹310, and he went silent. It’s unacceptable to judge a customer like this. Just because someone inquires about the prices doesn’t mean they can’t afford it. Food is budget friendly , and taste is so good as according to the price, avg rate of dishes start from 60, every item taste really but the must try items as according to me will be peri peri fries, tandoori veg momos, kurkure spring roll, one special appreciation from my side would be the playlist of the shop, it is amazing, I mean u can literally spend hours jst sitting and vibing to the music.
