The menu of Italian and Mexican cuisines provide authentic food at Fitang. Many visitors come to try good chicken. Most reviewers suppose that you can drink great juice at this place.

First the order took 1 hour 15 minutes to reach whereas my location is roughly 5 Kms from the restaurant. Once the order reached, I saw that I have received it in a supermarket (Ratnadeep) carry bag. Then once I opened it, I took a bite of the Veg. Burrito which was so sour in taste that I had to spit it out. The peas were pressed, the corn felt tasteless, the cheese was unmelted and smelly and above all, the dough of the burrito was bitter in taste. The same thing happened with the Cottage Cheese Sandwich.
The Cajun grilled cottage cheese worth around Rs. 200 had 2 pieces of Paneer. Literally, I was so annoyed at that point of time that I immediately called up the restaurant. Ironically they were too callous to not pick up the call the first two times. Once they did, first came the pity apology and next, nothing. No remediation steps or chance to improve their services or a replacement. Simply nothing.
So in the end, no solution is provided and the customer is at loss. Both in money and health.
Pathetic experience. Don’t order ever from here.
