The crab thali was INSANE! As someone who absolutely loves seafood, the place was a complete delight. Even though I am a messy crab eater, the staff was cooperative enough not to throw me out after watching me eat. A chilled beer with the thali was a cherry on the cake. Looking at the popularity of the place I was assuming it to be a bit on the expensive side, but I was surprised with how affordable the cuisines are (or maybe it's just me being a Northie). Will highly recommend this place for seafood thalis in Palolem. Not sure about these bad reviews but my experience was really great. I took a kigfish thali and it was just like a home cooked meal and i was pretty much satisfied after having it...my husband had bangude fry and chicken lollipop which was also nice.... The place is crowded even during the off-season and service can be a bit late but it's definitely worth it!
