Such a great place. Great service, delicious food and brilliant atmosphere. Open late and a perfect way to enjoy a few drinks after some delicious food. Spent many evenings / night there whist in Benaulim. Will definitely be back. We 4 family and friends visited fish town tonight after a recommendation from a neighbour and reading the good reviews. The waiter that took our order was very nice and appreciated our little Hindi. Good start. Our food arrived and was all plonked on the table randomly and not given to the person that ordered it. We laughed this off and sorted it out ourselves. The food tasted delicious! However another waiter who's last name is Thorat ( we know this as while we were mid meal he insisted we Google his daughter an artist who speaks 18 languages) This waiter then went on to bad mouth the russian family at the next table for not speaking English. We just wanted to eat our meal. We tried to ask politely that we eat in peace which didn't help. We ended up just asking him to go away, he then went to talk to my husband who was having a cigarette. We have been coming to Benaulim for 19 years and we always enjoy chatting to the waiters and find it a highlight of our trip AFTER OUR MEALS! I ended up so stressed that I couldn't finish my meal as my stomach was in knots. I was planning on dessert but just needed to leave for some peace. In all our years of visiting we always tip at least 10% for the first time we didn't leave a tip. We will not be returning. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
