Disappointing Experience at Big Fat Roll! I've been a regular customer at Big Fat Roll, but this visit was a letdown. We placed our order and were told it would take 20 minutes, which we were fine with. However, after waiting 40 minutes, we checked in—only to find the staff confused, as if our order had never been taken. The person who took our order was nowhere to be found and, when they finally returned, simply asked us to wait another 20 minutes without offering any explanation. The mismanagement, lack of communication, and zero accountability were extremely frustrating. Sadly, this experience has put me off from returning. Service: 1

Worst shawarma. Filled the shawarma with potatoes more than chicken. Barely any chicken. Just trying to fill people up with French fries in it. Horribly wrong.
