I had a very unpleasant experience with First Bite Pizza, Kurali. I was clearly told on the phone that a large pizza would cost ₹400, but after placing the order, the owner called back and angrily blamed me, saying that in his 10 years of experience he has never sold a pizza for ₹400. Even though the issue was not my fault, I calmly took the blame, apologized, and immediately agreed to pay the extra ₹50 without any argument. Despite this, the owner continued to speak in a rude and disrespectful manner. Since it was New Year’s, I also tipped the delivery person ₹50, yet the delivery person was equally rude and unprofessional on the phone. As a customer who remained polite and cooperative throughout, I did not deserve this kind of behavior, and the lack of transparency and basic courtesy made the experience very disappointing.
