I placed the order and confirmed with the waiter twice that i wanted PANEER PIZZA. I am a PURE VEGETARIAN GUY The management served me CHICKEN And when i complained about it to the higher authorities after getting frustrating answers from the waiters.All they did was remove the pizza from the bill. They should have not taken the bill after making SUCH HUGE MISTAKE HINDUS PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Firefly Lounge and Bar in Udupi, and it was an amazing experience overall. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxed outing it has a chill vibe that makes you feel comfortable right from the start. The environment is cozy and inviting, which makes it a great place to unwind. We ordered the Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Biryani, Caesar Salad, and Chicken Pizza, and I must say, everything was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The service was excellent as well the waiters were attentive, kind, and quick to respond, adding to the positive experience. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to add a screen for the main door during the afternoon hours. The sunlight reflects and makes it a bit too bright inside during noon. Other than that, everything was on point. Firefly itself sets a good trend and the best when it comes to food and service. Ambience is quite lively with soft music played along.Hard drinks are served with nice appetizers and starters. We sipped on Kingfisher beer along with Kung fu chicken starter which really made us full, enjoyed the combination. Chicken manchow soup was tried, which was good filling. Had a great time with friendly atmosphere and great service. Love to experience the feel yet another time....
