I recently dined at Firangi Zayka, a food truck located near Govardhan Haveli in Piplod, Surat. We ordered the Classic Lasagna, an Italian dish made of stuffed rolls of thin flat pasta filled with exotic vegetables, cheese, seasonings, and herb spices, served in a red sauce base.  The lasagna was delicious, with a rich and flavorful sauce complementing the perfectly cooked pasta and fresh vegetable filling. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was appealing. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Firangi Zayka for their delectable Classic Lasagna and excellent service. I look forward to trying more items from their diverse menu in the future.
