Worst experience with a online food delivery yet. First of all it displayed a totally unreasonable amount of time for delivery of 62 mins just for a 4 kms/10 mins of distance. Even if we ignore that, They kept showing order delayed by 10-15 mins for 40 mins. I had guests over and some of them left hungry due to this. Have never felt this humiliated in my life. If you charge this much for food and already know that you are not able to make food on time for such order, just don't take it. You said that it took time for preparing such large order and wanted to make it good but because of your delay some of the items were already cold and we couldn't even chew it. I might not order from Zomato again but I am definitely not ordering from firangi bake ever. :(
