1. Falafel Pot Rice- This is one of the best rice dishes I've ever had. It had a layer of cheese on the top followed by yummy rice and falafel at the bottom. The falafel themselves were crisp from the outside and very well seasoned. The rice had a little less salt which was balanced by the cheese on the top. Loved it.
2. Bombay Masala Quesadilla- This was my favourite. It somehow reminded me of masala sandwich.. just tasted a whole lot better. The aloo mixture in the middle was so good. It was very well baked and I will definitely be eating more of these.
The food was all packed very well and was delivered to me piping hot.
