The first time we ordered quesadillas from Firangi Bake we received a mixed bag. While the Chicken Kheema and Masala Chicken quesadillas were a bit too greasy for our taste, we were pleasantly surprised by the Pimento and Sausage, and Chipotle Meatball variants. Both these quesadillas had ample, cheesy fillings in sturdy casings and were delivered quite warm. Imagine our disappointment when the second time around we received a “deconstructed” mess. The tasteless fillings had fallen out of the limp, soggy casings and the cheese was nowhere to be found. To add insult to injury, the quesadillas were stone cold and delivered more than half an hour late.

Very disappointing management response. It’s been more than a month since I raised the issue with my quesadillas. Despite promises of a complimentary replacement for the botched order, I have received nothing. That leaves a bad taste.
