This is a bogus outlet. First they don't deliver through Zomato they have their own riders. They accept the order, delay it by an hour and then their rider just disappears. No receiving phone calls no contact and the order will be marked delivered on the app. You will contact Zomato customer care they will fake contacting the store come back and inform that the store is offline and they cannot reach the store. They will immediately return your money after wasting three hours on an order. And on top of that with some nerve racking audacity ask for a 5 star feedback for problem resolution on the ivr. Mean time you will see that the store is online you can directly reach the store. Now I call the store and they apologize for the delay of two hours in order delivery and reassure me that the order will be delivered in another 10 minutes. Which is not even delivered after 24 hours. Again the audacity of the store handler please share good ratings for me helping you out sir. Third class customer service from both Zomato and firangi bake. Horrible experience from both fronts.
