We recently chose Filo Cakes for what was supposed to be a memorable addition to our special day, but unfortunately, we were left deeply disappointed by both the product and the service. The quality of the cake did not meet the standards we were expecting based on our initial discussions with the bakery. Not only did it fall short in terms of flavor and presentation, but it also seemed as if the care and attention to detail we were promised were completely missing.Additionally, our experience with the staff and owner specially was far from welcoming. Any attempt to address our concerns was met with responses that could only be described as dismissive and rude, adding to our frustration rather than offering solutions or empathy.The combination of subpar cake quality and poor customer service unfortunately cast a shadow over our celebration, turning a moment meant for joy into one of disappointment. We had hoped for a better experience, especially for an occasion that was so important to us.We understand that everyone has off days, but when it comes to important events, the expectation is for professional behavior and product quality that lives up to the promise. Sadly, Filo Bakes did not deliver on either front, and it's with regret that we must share this experience so that others might reconsider before entrusting their significant moments to them.
