Absolutely pathetic experience. We waited for 30mins in the hope for one of their servers to attend our table but we weren't even offered water or attended to despite asking the kitchen crew to send a server to our table. Sheer disappointment and failure of hospitality from a so called five star hotel! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Complete and utter disappointment as the service staff wasn't even present in the restaurant and we had to wait for 30+ minutes to even be attended to. We eventually had to leave after getting frustrated and repeatedly asking to be served. Would not recommend.

Had a really nice lunch at Fig n Olive. Agnelo and Nitin took great care of us with excellent service. Tiramisu was quite tasty. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
