Dear Jessica Ma’am, Firstly, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your visit. Respectfully, we would like to clarify the following points: 1. A latte can be served in an 8oz cup both in India and America—please feel free to verify this online. In India, people generally prefer lattes between 180-240ml per serving, which is why we served it that way. Kindly check your facts before accusing a business of false advertising. That being said, we are sorry that our coffee did not meet your taste expectations. At Fifthember, quality is our topmost priority, and if there is any scope for improvement, we will definitely work on it. 2. You had three Hindi-speaking companions, two of whom never entered the café. The one who did enter never directly approached my team for guidance to the nearest restroom. You were using Google Translator, yet you claimed there was no language barrier and that my team refused to help you find a restroom. You do realize that if we didn’t have a way to fact-check this, someone could have unfairly lost their job. 3. Publicly correcting a customer seemed disrespectful to us, which is why we reached out to you personally. Our intention was simply to be welcoming, respectful, and to apologize for any inconvenience caused. We deeply regret if our messages offended you in any way.
