I ordered paneer lababdar one full plate and two missi roti from this cafe ( each roti costing 55/- rupees) but I received two plain tawa roti ,on calling to owner as per the contact number given on zomato,he said that he is not at the cafe right nowbut will ask at cafe and will inform why this mistake was done. But he never called back and didn't even piceked up the call. This is highly un professional and disappointing. The extra money taken was also not refunded. Actually they didn't bother about the customer at all. The order was delivered at mahindra kalyan motors bhakrota. I will not recommend this cafe at all. Avoid this place and any association with the owner Mr. Dipender. A highly unprofessional individual with no professional decorum and code of conduct. He is harassing me and my family - a respectable decorated Veteran officer of the Indian Navy by holding a justified refund that he owes me. Over-billed us for a birthday event of my 9 yr old daughter and is absconding since then - is not responding to calls, texts or any kind of communication. Is this how you conduct business and treat your customers. He also has no etiquette or mannerisms on how to behave with little kids and manhandles them to stop them from playing in his shoddy cafe, by holding their necks etc. He also takes and posts photographs without consent. Mr. Dipender you have been behaving in a very disrespectful unprofessional manner and harassing the family of a highly dignified and stature by holding a Soldier’s hard earned money this is nothing less than hooliganism. Action will be taken and need be police complaint will be initiated against you. Is this what we Soldiers and our families expect from this community, for whose protection we keep serving at the borders. How can our families feel safe when such scammers are around. Mr. Dipender Rathore - refund my money immediately. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
