had went with my niece and had asked for lukewarm water for the kid..out of habit my sis drank the water first before giving to the kid and they gave boiling hot water..water which can burn your skin in and out..now my sis has burnt skin..both from inside and outside..undergoing skin treatment..can barely eat or speak.. work's hampered..mental agony..gives me chills to even think what would have happened had the kid drank that water first..who should be held responsible for such gross negligence..who will compensate for all the physical and mental agony? Is the humanity or basic hospitality industry so dead? No public apology yet. All they are whining about is how we are being unfair for posting 1 star reviews and that they are facing losses.
