One of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Amaya Fern, Vadodara completely ruined our Sunday dinner and left us angry and disappointed.We waited over an hour just to get a bowl of soup, and after that, it took almost another hour for just the starters to show up. And that’s not even the worst part — the main course curries weren’t even served. Absolutely ridiculous. A buffet where you don’t even get your food?The staff were clueless, careless, and completely unbothered. No sense of urgency, no proper service, and not a single apology for the delay. On top of all that, the AC wasn’t working or turned on, even after we repeatedly requested. The place was hot, sweaty, and suffocating.The management clearly doesn’t care about their guests. The entire place runs like a badly run wedding canteen, not a restaurant. Food was bland, service was pathetic, and the overall vibe was a complete letdown.Save yourself the regret. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience here. Amaya Fern is all hype and zero hospitality. Never again.

Worst experience. The staff didn't delivered our food on the train. As per the the staff he said that he called up and just because we didn't recieved the call so he didn't made the delivery. In the train journey how one can expect a constant network connection? So so bad experience with this particular "Amaya - The Fern Residency Vadodara" If you are ordering from this restaurant please don't do ... you'll just wait for your food , as they are not going to deliver it.

Thanks for your feedback , next time book prepaid and through advance payment instead of cash on delivery . When you book cash on delivery without phone call confirmation order is not delivered . Thanks
