We deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially with regard to the level of service you received. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any frustration or discomfort caused during your time with us. We value every guest equally, and it is concerning to hear about the lack of attentiveness you experienced. Your comments regarding the staff’s focus on another group have been noted and will be addressed with urgency.
