I recently went to feast by Sheraton grand on 17th May and the cleanness and hygiene was not upto mark. At salads counter there were mosquitos and at desert I found alive baby cockroaches roaming in the cake plate it was such a big disappointment. I have been a regular at feast but the experience I had this time was the worst it has left me to a state of thinking that should I visit here again or not. I had to immediately tell the live counter staff to remove the cake. And at end it was just a sorry from the staff. At end the manager Rishab came to apologise for this but I feel no one expects this from a such a big chain like Marriott and when we are paying for the good quality of food and service.

A Thai Culinary Journey at Feast – Sheraton Grand Pune (Songkran Festival Special)I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Thai Culinary Journey at Feast, Sheraton Grand Pune, celebrating the vibrant Songkran Festival – and it was truly a delightful trip to Thailand without leaving the city!Soup:We started with the Tom Kha Soup (Veg) – rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with coconut milk and lemongrass. A great start that set the tone.Salad:The Spicy Glass Noodle Salad brought a fresh, zesty kick with a lovely mix of textures and a light spice that lingered pleasantly.Appetisers:The Chicken Satay was juicy and grilled to perfection, paired with a delicious peanut sauce.Pho Pia Goong (prawn spring rolls) were crispy outside, tender inside – a crowd favorite.Hot Basil Tofu was a pleasant surprise – bold and flavorful, even for non-vegetarians.Mains:The Pineapple Fried Rice was subtly sweet and beautifully presented.Phad Thai Noodles were perfectly stir-fried – authentic, tangy, and just the right amount of savory.Pad Kar Pao packed bold basil flavor with just the right heat. The Lamb Massaman Curry was a standout – rich, creamy, and slow-cooked to perfection.Green Vegetable Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice offered a comforting, fragrant bite to end the main course on a soulful note.Desserts:Nothing wraps up a Thai meal better than Sticky Mango Rice – sweet, sticky, and refreshing. The Mango Sago with Coconut Milk was light and creamy, providing a perfect finish to a flavorful feast.Overall Experience:The service was warm and attentive, the ambience carried Thai cultural elements beautifully, and the food felt like a true culinary journey. Highly recommended for Thai food lovers or anyone looking to explore something new.Rating:
