I recently visited Fb Cakes in Choolaimedu and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The customer support was very poor and the staff were unethical. I even took the time to complain to the management via email and WhatsApp, but they completely ignored my concerns. It's clear that the management is only concerned about money and not about providing good service. It's a shame that the owner and admin are hiding the truth about their shop. It seems like they have an auto-reply set up for any negative feedback, which just shows how little they care about their customers. Overall, I would not recommend Fb Cakes in Choolaimedu.
