The masala dosa was good enough but the sambar served with it was purely just tapwater mixed with the turmeric, coriander,chilly, jaggery and two three vegetables. It is so ironic and sarcastic that a hospital provides such a waste sambar and coffee which is also another form of warm water served instead of coffee. Since special servings are provided to doctors , we hope atleast the patients who pay for the food should also be considered in an equal way. As a chef I can understand how much does the canteen make per day. It would be really fine with them to have a quality food with the money they make. I kindly request you to serve good food by taking into consideration that it is a hospital canteen. The behaviour of staff is also often rude towards the customers. The house keeping staff was walking with raised dustpan while eating food which feels disgusting. They were exactly like public toilet cleaning staff. Vodas are oily. Not good for patients and public health. Idlis are thick and sour. No proper supervision. This is hospital canteen. Senior management must inspect on regular basis . Staff needs proper training and patience. Not to be rude. I have experienced on several occasions. Pls. Father Muller canteen Service bad. When calling to order food no patience in listening and rudely replying back and just dropping with call abruptly. The Director of Father Muller Hospital should the vendor or the staff completely needs to changed. Just making money but no proper service. I would advise order from Swiggy or Zomato atleast they are courteous in response. This is genuine feedback about the Canteen Service: Delivery
