What a Biryani. Numerous verities Tikka biryani, Afghani Biryani wow!! 1st time I had such had such a delightful Biryani.

Ordered once, they said they don't have the item and said they will send me something else. I said Ok. They called me and said, they cannot deliver to my location (which was auto detected by Foodpanda) and then after requesting, they said they will deliver and delivered an hour later. Ordered today, chose pick up option to avoid the scenes from last time. Now they call me and say, Pick up option is not available! WTF right! Then they said, they will confirm if they can "allow" me to pick it up. 15 minutes of me being on the road, waiting, I had to call them and they tell me to cancel the order by myself by calling Foodpanda. Foodpanda does not have call support anymore and their chat is not working on their app. I had to go home and chat with them in my laptop, its been more than an hour since I made a mistake of ordering from Fat Chef Biryani Wale, no biryani, no refund, no confirmation on either.
