I ordered from zomato twice
1. In my first order price misprint was there where zomato showed 30 and actually was 300.. resturant called and spoke with me and rectified.
2. Today i ordered again payed the money but ur executive called and said that restaurant is closed. I confirmed with resturant “farm to fork” but its open. So zomato is misleadin the customer.
3. Executive who called speakin with me in a very unproffesional tone, not listening when customer is saying anything, callin me robin (no salutaion) & very unproffesional attitude.
I have ordered manu times with swiggy but never faced a problem..trying zomato but u guys lie to customer, dont have updated information in ur app ( wrong price shown ). I am very disappointed with zomato and will report this issue in social media and all online forum to make zomato realise that misleading customer and unproffesional staff is a big set bqck for zomato..
Please be inform the copy of email will be uploaded to social media to register complaint, if not contacted by zomato in priority bases.
This place is decent and one can find healthy options to choose from in the menu. I personally tried a grilled chicken burger and the chicken was really juicy, i loved it.
Though it's not like anything close to other brands which offer much more shining light to world of cappuccino, it's though quote adequate as per the location.
