We take all feedback seriously, and we're particularly concerned about the issues you experienced with the taste and quality of our dishes. Specifically, we apologize for the prawns tawa fry being dipped in a batter that didn't meet your expectations, the lack of salt in the chicken black bean tandoori, and the unpalatable taste of the squid golden fry. We also regret that our staff didn't address your concerns promptly and didn't accept mistakes on their part. We want to assure you that we're taking immediate action to address these issues. We're re-training our staff to ensure they're more attentive to customers' needs and to take ownership of resolving any issues that may arise.
