I recently ordered a cake from your bakery, but I was very disappointed with the condition it arrived in. The cake was melted, displaced, broken, and completely spoiled, making it unfit for the occasion I had planned. I had chosen your bakery with high expectations, but this experience was very upsetting. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your quality control and delivery handling. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and offer a resolution. I would like to have refund of amount paid.
