We visited Fantastic Food Story after seeing good reviews online, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. I wasn’t feeling well due to a cold, so I requested a glass of lukewarm water. The staff agreed initially, but when my aunt asked for two more glasses, the waiter rudely remarked, “We will bring water this time, but we cannot bring it next time.” This was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Later, we politely requested them to expedite our food service, but the waiter responded in a very rude manner, saying, “Ma’am, we can’t bring the food fast.” His tone and attitude were unwelcoming and disrespectful. Good food doesn’t compensate for rude service. This kind of behavior ruins the dining experience. I would not recommend this place if you expect decent customer service.
