The most worst restaurant i have ever seen in such a big hospital. Food and service is worst.Attitude of the staff towards the customer is like we are begging something from there side.Very poor management and dont even know how to serve the food.If the restaurant management is seeing this pls give a reply to this.

1 star given is for the neatness in the dining area and washing area. I have never seen such a worst canteen in such a big hospital. 1. The breakfast noolput is always cold !!. Not much variety of foods. For lunch, they are hesitant to give even buttermilk unless you ask. 2. For takeaway, they use low quality plastic boxes, even for very hot porridge!! Is it healthy? And that too in hispital. And before the counter starts, they do packing with these hot items. 3. Delay in billing - The staff are still not efficient in performing fast billing. I think the software also not supporting multiple window, so we have to wait for one bill to complete even if they have any confusion on items needed and if time taken in deciding. 4. Therr is always mismatch/ confusion with stock what showing in sysyem and items actually available!! I dont know what kind of system it is !. It was better supply counter and billing counter at one place. Conclusion - With food, system, and service, I am totally disappointed/ irritated. It is not a 'canteen', but a profit making business running by unprofessional people. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
