The cashier Venka Babu did not respond properly. I was denied Card facility in the hotel. Such poor service I have never encountered. Though I was getting late to office, they kept on delaying and they did not offer proper service as well. I am very much disappointed.

Good option or rather only best option in Bhimavaram. With parking, inhouse restaurant. Pl don't follow the Google map for direction. It is close to Tky station in the main Rd, behind shopping complex.
