Pathetic......we had ordered 1 Mexican falafel, but sorry to say but the product made was rubbish. The required sauces like salsa sauce and Mexican beans were missing, half of the veggies were missing and the ones put were completely raw (not ripe).Upon complaining, Mr. Ram the store manager rudely replied that this is the way we make and we can't do anything about it..Upon further escalating the issue to Mr. Biswanath Podder, he ungraciously replied that there cannot be any mistake from our end.The poor fellow didn't knew that they are supposed to serve ripe veggies and not raw..It was clearly evident that since the higher management of Falafels is simply irresponsible of their customers the what to expect from the store level..Kindly visit the store at your own risk..
