I ordered Yaki Soba Noodles from this restaurant today through home delivery. The food was well-packed and the overall quality was very good. It was also quite pocket-friendly, which added to the experience. I was especially impressed with the variety of sauces provided – Pepper Sauce, Hot Brown Sauce, Sichuan Sauce, and Kimchi. The noodles themselves looked a little different than usual, as I had never tried brown-colored noodles before. To my surprise, they turned out to be wheat noodles instead of maida, which was a wonderful and healthier choice. The taste of the noodles was absolutely superb. Among the sauces, I initially thought I would enjoy the kimchi the most, but to my delight, I ended up loving the Pepper Sauce – perfectly spicy and flavorful. The other sauces were also very good, though the Kimchi leaned a little sweeter for my taste. Overall, this was a delicious dish with generous quantity at a very reasonable price. “Birthday Dinner Ruined – Rude Manager, Stale Food, Never Again!”We visited Facing East Oshiwara branch on a Sunday night to celebrate my birthday with family. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The AC was not working, half the restaurant was shut, and we were seated in a poorly lit area.We ordered several appetizers, including Prawns in XO Chili Sauce – a dish I’ve enjoyed here before. This time, the prawns were stale and had a strong unpleasant smell, so we didn’t eat them. When we raised this with the staff, they refused to acknowledge the issue. The manager, Anthony Fernandez, handled the situation terribly – he was blunt, rude, unapologetic, and claimed the prawns were fresh. He refused to change the dish. His attitude completely ruined the mood of my birthday celebration.While the rest of the food was decent and the staff tried to manage the Sunday rush, the unprofessional behavior of the manager left a very bad impression. If this is how the manager treats customers, I can only imagine the culture it sets for the rest of the team.
