Bad experience on recent cake order. They delivered birthday cake so late, and taste-wise also the cake was not good like they used to earlier days. When i called them morning for the status of the cake they acted like never knew about the order, later when they figured out they gave reason for delay like they had powercut and couldn’t prepare cake on time, which sounded really fishy. Not buying from here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery

Purchased Chocolate truffle, the person in the counter told it was prepared sometime back. After having it, it’s clearly evident it’s not freshly prepared. When you charge for the cake, keep it fresh else don’t sell! Worst Wouldn’t recommend anyone to take pastry at this outlet

Ordered something sent something else that too for design they charge extra. Every time same problem. These guys just know normal cake. Not perfect for design n all. Neither colour nor able to manage simple designs. Even i visited the shop n explained it to mismatch colour anything
