One item was missing in the order and it happened the second time in 4 days. There were no tissues. A special note was added with the order to add names on the wraps to avoid confusion but there were no names mentioned on any of the wraps. Pathetic service not happy with this Faasos Borivali outlet at all. Staff is not so cooperative.
