The food arrived 1 hour after ordering and was completely cold. The paper bag was torn and was barely held together by the tape on top.

literally 1 hour for a wrap and falafal shots , no delivery partner available, not ready to cancel the order, no phone pick up. and the food being served as chill as possible.
