Yesterday Chicken Bhuna wrap was missing from the delivery package ordered at Faasos Virar West Bill No. 43. Contacted both Faasos and Zomato, but both told us to contact the other party. Lodged a complaint from Zomato app, waited till 10:30pm, but no further action was taken by either Zomato or Faasos. Very unfortunate and disappointing. Have to think about ordering from Faasos again.
