not cool, Faaso's! You guys took more than an hour to deliver my order, your app kept crashing, and no one at the customer care center bothered to pick up six of my nine calls, i was left hanging for more than ten minutes at each call. You promise to get me a callback in ten minutes, never happens. You promise to cancel my order , nothing. what the ef?
