Title: Disappointing Experience I recently had class 10th farewell at FREQ, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The atmosphere was extremely unpleasant, creating a negative environment throughout my stay. The food service was subpar, with poor quality that did not meet basic expectations. The chicken was uncooked. To make matters worse, I encountered unacceptable behaviour from both the staff and bouncers. Abusive words were used, and the overall demeanour was disrespectful. This type of misbehaviour is inexcusable. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider going to FREQ until these issues are properly addressed by the management. Such experiences are not only disappointing but also reflect poorly on the establishment's reputation. You Can Go to another Restaurant over this my suggestion is ( I Amsterdam ). Best restaurant and bar available in Pune. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very poor service and the ambience was very bad. There were mosquitos and the ac was not working. We requested the team for the fans but their fans were also not working. It felt like we were sitting in the microwave. The food service was really slow and the taste was not that great. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
