If you happen to be around Universal Food, visit this restaurant. The menu of Chinese and Sichuan cuisines under the direction of the popular chef are great here. The hallmark of FOOD FACTORY is serving perfectly cooked fried chicken, egg rolls and chicken rolls.

I'm writing this after I have read way too many reviews about food factory decreasing the quality of food they used to serve. I went ahead and read the reviews because I thought I might be the delusional one, but that's not the case. Even though the price is still same, the quality of food has decreased. This happened after they opened a new outlet in front of Priya. The last time I tasted a good meal here was 6 months back in the month of January and it kept falling slowly. Earlier I was a regular here, but now I don't even think about ordering from here now. I did try ordering from here, twice, once an egg chicken roll and the other time chilli chicken combo, both lacked taste. A sincere request to food factory please raise prices if necessary, but let's take the food quality back to where it used to be. I did try ordering from their unit 3 outlet, but both the outlets in the area near me aren't serving what Food Factory used to serve. A lot of people might still like it because its ok right now, but the food they used to serve earlier was way better than this. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Very below average taste we ordered 1- chilli mushroom which was very plane no taste at all,2- mix veg also poor taste,3- khadai chicken which was worst of all no spice no tanginess,4- chicken mughlai which is not the best but better then the rest i wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all instead for veg go to priya infront of it and for non veg go to durga restaurant beside it Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
