My girlfriend has a knack for discovering hidden gems, and one fine evening she led me to Fluffy’s, a roadside food truck that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. While the setup is simple and roadside, the owner’s warm and friendly behavior added a comforting touch to the visit. The food is slightly on the pricier side for a street setup, but the taste justifies it. I had my eyes set on their ramen, but unfortunately, it was sold out for the day. So we settled for their classic pancake, and it didn’t disappoint — fluffy, perfectly sweet, topped with jelly-like balls and a generous swirl of whipped cream. Despite the missed ramen, it was a satisfying visit, and I’d be happy to return for a second round — hopefully earlier in the evening next time!
