*AVOID "FLIGHTS OF DREAMS" AT ALL COSTS - A CULINARY NIGHTMARE WITH A SIDE OF DENIAL AND INCOMPETENCE!*Rating: 0/5 StarsI'm still trying to process the sheer audacity of the kitchen and staff at "Flights of Dreams". Our recent visit was an unmitigated disaster, with each dish more appalling than the last.First, the "Lacha Parantha" arrived, burnt to a crisp and inedible. We complained, and the staff seemed taken aback, but not enough to actually improve the food. The "Kadai Paneer" and "Mushroom Masala" that followed were tasteless, lacking even the basic flavors one expects from these dishes. In a bizarre attempt to placate us, the restaurant offered a complimentary "Paneer Lababdar", which, incredibly, was also subpar. It's clear that the kitchen is incapable of producing even a single decent dish. But the pièce de résistance was the "Gulab Jamun" dessert. These sweet, deep-fried dumplings are usually a delight, but not here. The presentation was enticing, but the moment we took a bite, we discovered the unthinkable: ANTS. Yes, you read that right. Ants. In. The. Gulab. Jamun. But what's even more appalling is the supervisor, Ken Upreti's, initial denial of the issue. He refused to accept that there were ants in the dessert, despite our clear evidence. It wasn't until we showed him the video we took (see below) that he realized we weren't making it up. Only then did he call his manager, Krishna, who offered us a complimentary next visit.*VIDEO EVIDENCE OF ANTS IN GULAB JAMUN: [insert video link]*This is not just a matter of bad food; it's a matter of basic hygiene and customer trust. If a restaurant can't even be bothered to ensure that their food is ant-free, how can they expect customers to return? The incompetence of the staff, particularly Ken Upreti, is staggering. His denial of the issue and lack of accountability are a clear indication of the restaurant's priorities - or lack thereof.*DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT VISIT "FLIGHTS OF DREAMS"*To Krishna and the management team, I suggest you take a long, hard look at your kitchen and staff. A complimentary next visit is not enough to make up for the egregious errors we experienced. You need to overhaul your entire operation and focus on providing decent, clean food to your customers. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my appetite) elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite having only about 10 guests, the service was extremely slow, making the wait unnecessarily long. The pricing is exorbitant, almost comparable to a five-star hotel, yet the quality and service do not justify the cost. Also they charge extra service fees on top of CGST and SGST, which feels unfair. Overall, I would not recommend this place to others.
