It was a good experience to have lunch in fish tish. We have ordered the basanti polao and bhetki paturi combo... 1. According to the price the quantity was sufficient for one 2. The quality of polao was also at it's best but the fish was a bit hard but it can be considerable. 3. No complaint about service and atmosphere. Recommended for a visit. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Situated by the Lenin Sarani near Wellington xing Kolkata, Fish Tish offers some mouth watering non veg snacks options at good rates. The stall is still named as 'Haringhata Meat' from outside. They offer some exotic fish items like 'fish patisapta' of rohu fish which is really good to taste and recommend. This item is fried in butter. They offer kabiraji, whooper, cutlet etc from fishes like rohu, vetki, prawn and crab. They also have few grocery options like noodles, sauce etc. and also Ice cream and cold drinks options. They have expanded their capacity by a separate room which is quite aesthetically designed. I ordered fish patisapta and Vetki sumai here. The sumai tastes like a momos with a yellow flour like coating over fish staffing which tastes nice, however the coating is not as smooth as expected. Also the prices are a little high. Walking from Dharmatala which we know as Esplanade towards Wellington, there is a small counter called Fish-Tish on the right side of the road. We Bengalis love fish and I think this store is best for Bengalis because this store has all the fish items that Bengalis love to eat. First of all the biggest fish koviraji, diamond fish fry, vetki fish with wax, gandharaj vetki paturi, many more so this time in pooja you can eat at this shop. It is very good. Every food here is fresh and tempting. Another thing to share with you. Come here to do thatWhat I like the most is that there is a salesman named Anirban who talks so sweetly and behaves so well that it feels like an old friend of yours talking to him and you feel like you visit this shop every now and then and meet Anirban. Enjoy this delicious food again and again.
